First of all, I would like to thank Frogans Editors by ginkit for his
answers.
About the third bug you submit, your guess right: the maximum size of
the auxiliary file + the FSDL document exceeds 256KB as mentioned in the
FSDL Recap document (File size limitation).
If you can slim down your image file to below 246KB (the size of
bug3.fsdl is about 10KB), it should work.
However, you'll see bug2 reappear but you can solve it by referring to
the previous answer of Frogans Editors by ginkit.
Finally, about the omission of the <text> element in the table of
content of the FSDL Recap: you're right and we will correct that for the
next release.
