A new FCR Account Administrator Agreement has been published on the Web
site of the FCR Operator at the following permanent URL:

The FCR Account Administrator Agreement is between the new operator of
the Frogans Core Registry (FCR), which is the company F2R2 (Frogans
Friends Relay Registry), and any FCR Account Administrator.
As of June 30, 2020, this new agreement replaces the previous FCR
Account Administrator Agreement between the former FCR Operator and any
existing FCR Account Administrator.
The only differences between the previous agreement and the new
agreement cover the following points:
- the introduction of the OP3FT Privacy Policy which notably covers
personal data processed by the FCR Operator;
- minor details and minor changes to wording.
