The document intended to help FCR Account Administrators quickly start
using the HTML interface of the FCR API has been updated on the Web site
of the FCR Operator (https://fcr.frogans/).
This document describes how to open and credit an FCR account, how to
register Frogans addresses and Frogans networks in the FCR, how to
access the download repository of an FCR account, how to update the
administrative information associated with an FCR account, how to
restore the access key of an FCR account, and how to change the settings
of Frogans addresses.
This new version adds sections on how to transfer registrations of
Frogans addresses and Frogans networks to new holders.
The document also includes a few tips for using the HTML interface.
