Dear Philippe and
Ramanou,
Thank you for your questions.
The OP3FT is taking into account the GDPR in the development of
the OP3FT Privacy Policy. This Policy, which will cover this
topic in detail, will be published soon.
Regarding the FCR Whois service, FCR Account Administrators are
responsible for the anonymization of a holder of a Frogans
Address or of a Frogans Network who requested it. The settings
for the anonymization are already available in the FCR API and
several Holders are already anonymized in the FCR.
For more information, please see provision 164 of the "Rules
for the registration of a Frogans Address of a Public Frogans
Network or for registration of a Dedicated Frogans Network
during the priority registration period for entrepreneurs" in
force as of April 13, 2017
(https://fcr.frogans/en/resources/prp-ent/access.html).
Regards
Julie

Hi,
Thanks
Philippe for this good question.
I would also like to know if
there will be an evolution of API fields if Frogans wants to
comply with the GDPR?
Thanks
Ramanou
