The OP3FT Bylaws have been updated:

This update to the OP3FT Bylaws only concerns the transfer of the
registered office of the OP3FT to a new address in Paris, France.
The OP3FT Bylaws is a must-read document to answer questions you might
have about the origins of the Frogans project (Preamble) or the work
carried out by the OP3FT to promote, protect and ensure the progress of
the Frogans technology (Article 5).
The OP3FT Bylaws also contain many other topics of interest, such as the
endowment and the revenue it generates, which ensure respectively the
long-term stability and the financing of the Frogans project.
