The OP3FT Bylaws have been updated:

The OP3FT Bylaws is a must-read document to answer any questions you
might have about the origins of the Frogans project (Preamble) or about
the detailed work carried out by the OP3FT to promote, protect and
ensure the progress of the Frogans technology (Article 5).
The OP3FT Bylaws also contain many other topics of interest, such as the
endowment itself and the endowment revenue, which ensure respectively
the long-term stability and the financing of the Frogans project.
This update to the OP3FT Bylaws is presented in Annex 4, and mainly covers:
- the end of the role of the Founder of the OP3FT as the Operator of the
Frogans Core Registry
- the transition period concerning the two inventors of the Frogans
technology
- the period during which the two inventors can veto decisions covering
an amendment to the Bylaws
- the renewal of the Investment Committee's members
- the maximum period for retaining OP3FT's unused resources
