The resource concerning the reserved terms for the registration of
Frogans addresses has been updated on the Web site of the FCR Operator
(https://fcr.frogans/).
Among the changes in the new version, the list of network names reserved
for countries has been updated following the update of the ISO 3166-1
standard (part 1), and the name of the projected local branch of the
OP3FT in China has been added (section 4.a).
