The Procedure for legal confirmation of Frogans addresses registered
before 2006 has been published on the Web site of the FCR Operator.
This procedure is for the attention of any individual or organization
who registered a Frogans address at the beginning of the Frogans project
between 2001 and 2005, during the first public tests of the Frogans
technology, and who wishes to keep the registration of this Frogans
address in the FCR (Frogans Core Registry).
