To announcement@lists.frogans.org
Date Tue, 16 Feb 2016 12:17:18 UTC

Hi,

A new version of the Frogans Technology User Policy has been published on the official Web site of the Frogans technology (https://www.frogans.org/).

The Frogans Technology User Policy federates all the conditions of use of the Frogans technology. It enables anyone to understand the legal framework applicable to each user of the Frogans technology.

This new version sets the conditions of use for four user categories: Designers of Frogans Sites (section I.3), Developers of Frogans Sites (section I.4), persons who create resources based on the Frogans technology (section III.1), and persons who develop software based on the Frogans technology (section III.2). This version also includes a section covering use cases not provided for in the policy (section III.4), as well as minor changes to wording.

The document is available here for download: https://www.frogans.org/en/resources/ftup/access.html.

The date of entry into force is February 16, 2016.

Best regards,

Amaury Grimbert
OP3FT
