The second phase of the priority registration period for entrepreneurs
will start on February 15, 2016 - 12:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
During this second phase, which will last until the opening date of the
FCR to Internet users, you can register Frogans addresses of public
Frogans networks with the site name of your choice (e.g. a generic term,
a geographical name, a community name, a trademark, etc).
Frogans addresses of public Frogans networks begin with the network name
"frogans" or its transcription into other writing systems or other
languages.
