A new resource for FCR Account Administrators has been published on the
Web site of the FCR Operator (https://fcr.frogans/).
This resource is a guide intended to help FCR Account Administrators
quickly start using the HTML interface of the FCR API.
This document describes how to open and credit an FCR account, how to
register Frogans addresses and Frogans networks in the FCR, and how to
access the download repository of an FCR account. It also includes a few
tips for using the HTML interface.
