The priority registration period for trademark holders starts on April
15, 2015 - 12:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
During this period and thereafter, trademark holders can register a
dedicated Frogans network whose network name corresponds to their trademark.
This period will last for two months and ends on June 15, 2015 - 12:00 UTC.
Individuals and organizations wishing to become an FCR account
administrator to provide registration-management services to trademark
holders can now open their FCR account.
