The OP3FT Bylaws is a must-read document to answer any questions you
might have about the origins of the Frogans project (pages 2 to 4) or
about the detailed works carried out by the OP3FT to promote, protect
and ensure the progress of the Frogans technology (pages 5 to 10).
The OP3FT Bylaws also contain many other topics of interest, such as the
endowment itself and the endowment revenue, which ensure respectively
the long-term stability and financing of the Frogans project.
